Node Composer subscriptions are offered by:
Payments, invoicing, VAT collection and tax compliance are handled by Polar as Merchant of Record.
02Products
Node Composer is distributed as a recurring software subscription. Available editions include Starter Edition and Studio Edition.
Current pricing and included features are published on the official website and may be updated from time to time.
03Free Trial
Certain subscription plans may include a free trial. A valid payment method may be required before the trial begins. Unless cancelled before the trial expires, the subscription automatically converts into the selected paid plan.
04Payments
All payments are securely processed by Polar. Applicable taxes, including VAT, are calculated according to the customer’s jurisdiction where required by law.
05Renewals and Cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for the current billing period.
06Refund Policy
Refund requests are evaluated individually, taking into account:
- applicable consumer law;
- technical issues;
- fraudulent activity;
- actual use of the software.
Where Polar policies or mandatory legal provisions apply, those provisions prevail.
07Software License
Purchasing a subscription grants a software license only. Ownership of the software is not transferred. License activation may require periodic validation to confirm subscription status.
08AI Provider Costs
Subscriptions do not include AI generation credits, API usage or third-party provider fees. Users are solely responsible for costs charged by providers such as WaveSpeed, Runware or any other supported AI service connected through their own API credentials.
09Digital Products
Node Composer is a digital product delivered electronically. Access may begin immediately after activation. Where permitted by applicable law, certain statutory withdrawal rights may be limited once digital delivery has started with the customer’s consent.
10Support
Support is available through the official support channels published on node-composer.studio, including email support.
11Changes
We may update pricing, subscription plans or these Terms of Sale. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect rights already acquired under applicable law.
